Game on top of Game…

Loretta Lynch confirmation for the Attorney General position has been the longest confirmation since 1984, she was asked 987 question by committee member majority of the questions coming from republicans who voted against her confirmation.
Loretta Lynch record as a federal prosecutor is above admirable. She would be the first African American women to ever hold the position and at the same time she is a advocate for correcting the racial and geographical disparities plaguing the Justice Department. Yet the majority i.e. the Republican Party is running “Game on Top of Game.” Trying to drag her confirmation out in order to limit her time in the position, as strategy to stagnate the changes she can make for the betterment of justice for defendant.
In my opinion if Congress what to play the game as they are, Attorney General Eric Holder need to play right along. Starting with initiating daily changes to the Justice department practices. Such as, no more stacking firearm offense for non-violent drug offenders, the Government now concede to all habeas petitions that have Apprendi and Alleyne issues and Prosecutors shall use their power to vacate past conviction based on District Judges recommendation that the prior sentence the defendant received far exceeded what the court now deem is necessary to maintain public safety and avoid recidivism.
Let’s stop the Game on top of game! Start contacting your local congressman and Attorney General Eric Holder and share this article with them. Let them know that you are tire of the game on top of game and that Loretta Lynch needs to be confirmed now and and not later. Because at the end of the day… they are in the positions they are in… to do a job, not to play games.

This country was built and establish to be the nation it is today. By the disenfranchised, those who were being oppressed by the Queen and her fellow Aristocrats. Therefore if this country is to change once again for the better. It will begin and must begin with the actions and the voice of the disenfranchised i.e, America's minorities, poor and it's third class citizen the American Ex-felon. That being said I'm committed to "WRITING MY WRONGS..." and sewing seed of knowledge and truth that will blossom into peace, prosperity and positive change
