Attitude is everything!!
a verse in the Bible says: “a joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit saps ones own strength” proverbs 17:22 in other words your attitude makes a difference. it can affect whether you attain a goal or give up or whether a TRAGIC event brings out the best in you or the worst.
some people are skeptical of that idea. they might reason: no amount of positive thinking will change my situation. or i would rather be a realist then a dreamer.
those thoughts seem valid. still there are benefits to having a positive outlook.
“if you become discouraged in the day of distress, your strength will be meager”- proverbs 24:10 pessimism will sap you of the strength you need to improve your situation or to help you deal with it. it is understandable to have that mindset with a poor attitude. it is also very unhealthy.
“Continue to be made new in your dominant mental attitude” Ephesians 4:23 that verse implies your outlook is not set in stone. you can be “made new” in your thinking. however, making such a change is an ongoing process. but a old dog can learn new tricks!!
“all the days of the afflicted one are bad, but the one one with a cheerful heart has a continual feast” proverbs 15:15. if u see everything negatively you will feel “afflicted” and everyday will appear “bad” or gloomy. but if u focus on cheerful things you will have a cheerful heart and even feel joyful. the choice is yours!!!
confront your pessimistic thoughts and replace them with something positive.

i got into an argument with my wife yesterday because of her 24/7 poor attitude. so i did some research and found these jewels. i figured id share them with u all. since her poor attitude is effecting me and making it uncomfortable for me to even call home to speak with my children!!
